Your Account with Snack in Sack
You must have an account on Snack in Sack website if you intend to use its services. You have to be 18 years or older to apply for our Services. Snack in Sack Terms of Use requires all account owners to be at least 18 years of age. Minors under 18 but at least of age 13 are allowed to use the website’s services only if their account is under direct supervision of the account holder. Minors under 13 years of age are not allowed to use the services offered by the website. As an account holder, the user is responsible for all activities conducted through their specific account.
Your Privacy
We realize your private data is critical and hence we take user privacy seriously and take all necessary steps in order to preserve the sanctity of your data privacy. Our privacy policy explains how your statistics are used whilst you operate our services. Snack in Sack’s services join users across the world, to make sell, and purchase specific goods. Here is an accessible manual that will help you recognize the unique regulations which are applicable on you, relying on how you operate the services:
Your Content
Content posted using our services is your content, hence for this section it is referred to as ‘your content.’ Snack in Sack has no claim over your content.

- C. Rights You Grant Snack in Sack. By posting your content, you grant Snack in Sack a non-exclusive, perpetual license to apply, distribute, store, and modify your content. It is to be noted that you agree that you will not assert any moral rights for our use of your content.
- D.Inappropriate Content. You agree not to post any content which contains or can be pertained as offensive, abusive, vulgar, defamatory and obscene in any sense or regard.
Termination
Termination By You. you can terminate your account with Snack in Sack at any time from your account settings.
Termination By Snack in Sack. We can suspend your account if we have reason that your use violated our terms of use. In case of account suspension or termination you will not have any legal right to use our services. Please note that in such a case all the information associated and related to the account will be discarded.
Right to discontinue services. Snack in Sack has the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any of the services for you, at any time, it may be because of any reason, such as regarding Snack in Sack’s policies under these Terms of Use.
Viability. These terms will be effective even if the access to the service is terminated.
Your Use of Our Services
License to Use Our Services. We provide you a license to use our services which is restricted, non- exclusive, and revocable- subject to the Terms and the following restrictions in particular:
- A. Breaking the law by using our services. You agree that you will not break any law by using our services. Do not sell anything that violates the law; for this you are expected to follow our sanctions policy. You must refrain from engaging in theft, fraud, threatening conduct and other unlawful acts.
- B. Taxation. It is your responsibility to pay taxes on the product being sold on the site. Hence in this regard, it is advised that proposed listed price product price must include VAT. Stealing Our Stuff. You should agree not to extract any data from any page of the Services. you agree not to attempt to obtain the source code of the provided services.
- D. Try to Harm Our Systems. You agree you will not interfere or disrupt our normal services, for example by distributing harmful computer code and virus into our systems.
Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Items Purchased. You apprehend that Snack in Sack does not manufacture, inspects or stores items sold through the platform. We simply provide sellers with a platform in shape of a virtual marketplace where they can list and sell their goods to willing parties and buyers. Snack in Sack does not provide any warranties on sold items, and hence legal claims related to sold items must be brought directly against seller. Users are expected to release Snack in Sack from the legal claims brought on items sold on the marketplace. This also includes liability claims of defective items.
Accessed Content. It is to be noted that Snack in Sack in no way is responsible for the posted content on the platform and if users find any piece of content inappropriate and offensive, they must release Snack in Sack from the copyright compliance and other liabilities relating to the content.
Changes to the Terms
We might additionally replace or update these terms from time to time. If we consider that the modifications are material, we will notify you, which will help you take decision regarding retention of services. Changes will come into immediate effect as posted.
It must be noted that in case of any violation of the terms listed above your account will be suspended.

Terms of Use for Customers
If you are a customer/normal user then kindly refer to these terms before you use the platform.
Returns: Snack in Sack is not responsible for any returns and customers are advised to check such details on the product’s store page .
Interchangeable items: Orders on Snack in Sack are not interchangeable and there is no such a technical solution made for this purpose. Furthermore in case of any interchange arrangement between seller and buyer, buyer may lose the cancellation and dispute rights as they come with the first order and are not extendable.
Ignored Order:
"Ignored" is the term and status which refers to an order that was neither approved nor modified (canceled) by the seller within 36 hours after receiving the order. When the status of an order is changed to "Ignored Order" a full refund will be automatically processed to fully protect the buyer's right. "Ignored Order" can negatively damage the ranking of the seller on Snack in Sack platform and still gives right to the buyer to leave a review or rank on the product.
Delivery:
- Store Delivery : This method may be used by sellers for radius and close deliveries to optimize the speed and/or quality of delivery.
- Courier Delivery: In this method seller can use the preferred contracted courier to submit the delivery with, however seller must enter the waybill (tracking) number and submit the delivery for the order on the store manager as Snack in Sack platform will start tracking of the order and provide last updates to both buyer and seller on their related panels and from Order Manager Panel.
Delivered: Either after fulfilling the estimated time of Store Delivery or the Courier’s final delivery update, Order status will be considered as “Delivered”.
Order Modification and Cancellation: Order Modification or Cancellation option is visible once the order has been finalized from the customer side, however it will disappear after 30 mins (Modification time) as the order will be forwarded to the seller. And after this period, partial or full cancellation will be only possible from the seller’s side and based on store’s policy before submitting the delivery. Therefore after ‘Modification Time’ cancelations may only be requested by messaging the seller.
Refund: Refunds for both Partial and full cancellation will be done once a cancelation is taken place, however the settlement of the fund to the same card which was used for the purchase, can take from 3 to 10 business days depends on many factors such as card issuer, payment network, status of the fund, etc.
Dispute: Orders can be disputed from the dispute button available on the customer panel. The button is visible from the moment the package is considered ‘Delivered’ as explained above. The button remains active for the next 72 hours.
Disputed Orders: Disputed Orders could be canceled by buyer or resolved by seller, in case of ignorance or rejection from Seller side in the period of 48 hours, the dispute case will be forwarded to Resolution Center of Snack in Sack for the final conclusion which can take up to 45 days. It must be noted that in case of final conclusion in favor of buyer, seller’s reputation rate in our system will be negatively affected.
Terms and Conditions for Sellers (Payment)
KYC, AML and CFT: We follow KYC (Know Your Client), AML (Anti Money Laundry) and CFT (Counter Financing of Terrorism) regulation and compliances of the store’s country to onboard our sellers, hence the need of valid identification arises. It must be noted that in case of any issue Snack in Sack may reject seller on-boarding without any prior notice, despite the seller will be notified.
Bank Account: The bank account will be asked during the process of running store and onboarding the seller to insure that seller will be able to receive the sale funds in future, Bank account will be verified by sending a random micro amount which seller must enter this amount for verification. Account holder must be same individual/company which his/her/ its identification is provided and verified and providing any 3rd party’s bank account is not permitted.
Processing Period: Sellers must note that the ‘Processing Period’ term is referred to the time period in which the earned funds are locked in the 'Process Pocket' and therefore cannot be paid out. The processing fund is automatically available for payout, and released from ‘Processing Pocket’ into the ‘Balance Pocket’. It is to be noted that the Processing Period is not less than 14 days from the checkout time and not before order status is turned to 'Delivered' and dispute time is closed without any dispute or dispute was fully resolved.
Payout: All funds visible in the ‘Balance Pocket’ will be paid out biweekly and on Mondays. Sellers must note that there is no withdrawal fee from the Snack in Sack platform's side and payout requests are processed instantly, however the transaction process may take 3-5 business days.
Snack in Sack is not responsible for any fee which may be deducted at the settlement point and the sellers may consult their bank regarding that.
Fees :
Snack in Sack is architected with highest respect to transparency and simplicity. Therefore it guarantees to provide a unique experience to both buyers and sellers. Snack in Sack fees are simple and transparent.
Snack in Sack sellers are not charged any pre-sale fee such as setup, monthly or listing fees as our main goal is to help sellers make profit as well as delivering foods to buyers in affordable price and hence we only charge sellers for sales.
Payment Processing Fee: Payment Processing fees are even charged for the use of POS machine, moreover the banking transactions also charge processing fees and hence similar to every other platforms, we also charge a fee to smoothly conduct business transactions and cover the payment costs.
Seller fee : Seller fee is deducted from each order at the time of checkout and from your sale price. You can see the table of fees for your region both when you open your shop and later on from your Shop Manager.
Currency Conversion fee: Is for the time that products shown in different currencies than the product currency. This fee is related to customers and will not effect sellers. Currency Conversion fee is 3.00 % and same for all available currencies.
Service Value Added Tax (VAT): We exert Service VAT ( GST/Sales Tax) base on the country of the seller as sellers considered as our clients. VATs could be different from fee to fee and country (state) to country (state). We exert the VATs regardless of Seller provides VAT number or not, and we report the VATs to the domestic Tax authorities of each country when it’s applicable. Sellers must pay attention that Service VAT (GST/sales Tax) is just for our services and will be added to the fees as sellers considered as our clients and final consumer of our services and therefore such VATs (GST/Sales Taxes) is NOT the product VAT that must be collected and paid by sellers for their products based on their country (state) Tax Laws, and as it was explained in the ‘Taxation’ section above, your provided product taxes must be VAT ( GST/Sales Tax ) included. Monthly VAT receipts (invoices) are issued electronically and are available on the Finance menu of the store manager panel.
Copy Rights: Every content written/publish by Snack in Sack is subject to Copy Rights.
